 RYLA Student from The Woodlands High School Student Austin Epperson

 

 

RYLA Student Produces Award Winning Documentary 

 

I first met 16-year-old Austin Epperson at RYLA in January.  Seeing me taking photos, Austin approached me eager to talk about cameras and photography.  That’s when I learned about his interest in videography, so I was pleased to see the above article in the March 6, 2008, The Villager.  As you can see from the above photo, Austin is better at producing documentaries than cardboard-boat building.

Rotary Past District 5890 Governor Charlie Clemmons and his wife Barbara were the guest speakers at the RC of The Woodlands luncheon, talking about Rotary International's participation in the "Books for Africa" program. Also included in the presentation, but not pictures, was Past District 5890 Governor Angie "Angel" Jimenez.
